Ofqual Regulated Qualifications

All qualifications offered by ENC Education are awarded by UK government–regulated awarding bodies that are regulated by Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual).

Ofqual is the independent, non-ministerial government department responsible for regulating qualifications, examinations, and assessments in England, and vocational qualifications in Northern Ireland. Its role is to ensure that regulated qualifications meet strict national quality standards and are credible, reliable, and fit for purpose.

Ofqual regulation ensures that:

  • Assessments and examinations are fair, valid, and consistent

    Selected qualifications delivered by ENC Education are eligible for evaluation by World Education Services (WES)

    WES is a globally recognized non-profit organization that evaluates international academic credentials and converts them into U.S. and Canadian educational equivalents. For over 45 years, WES has supported international students, professionals, and migrants in pursuing education and employment opportunities abroad.

    A WES evaluation:

  • Assesses diplomas and certificates earned outside North America
  • Confirms academic equivalency in the United States and/or Canada
  • Is widely accepted by universities, employers, licensing bodies, and government agencies

    ENC Education delivers qualifications exclusively through UK government–regulated awarding bodies recognized by Ofqual. These awarding bodies are authorized to design, assess, and certify qualifications within the UK’s Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).
